Tenant reports the issue started around 6:30 AM when staff arrived. Multiple complaints from Zone 3-East occupants. Priority escalated due to executive offices in affected area. Checked with building ops - no scheduled maintenance on AHU-3E. Last service was 3 months ago (routine filter change).

On site now. Initial visual inspection shows the cooling coil looks fine, but the valve actuator is making a clicking noise.

Technician dispatch confirmed. Mike Torres assigned and en route.

I've analyzed the BMS data for Zone 3-East. The supply air temperature has been running 8°F above setpoint since 6:45 AM.

The temperature in our area has been uncomfortable since this morning. Can someone please look into this?
